I feel like a Mom, which I am not yet! But my sister's getting into this so I will too.
Monday - Penne and chicken and asparagus
Tuesday - Chicken and potato casserole
And the rest of the week we aren't eating at home! Then next week we are off to New York. So I won't be cooking. But I figured I'd start out with this.
